Terms & Conditions

MISOBASE PTE LTD (otherwise referred to as “Misobase”) is a company incorporated in Singapore. Misobase is an advertising agent and provider of gift cards for the experiences listed on this website http://www.misobase.sg (the “Website”).

The below terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) specifically refer to the following products and services that can be accessed or purchased via the Website:

  • Experiences advertised on the Website (“Experiences”)
  • Gift vouchers with a dollar value that can be used as currency to purchase Experiences (“Gift Vouchers”)

By purchasing, booking, redeeming, or participating in any of the Experiences or Gift Vouchers sold on the Website you agree to be subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as all other applicable laws.



Experiences are sold by Misobase as an agent to sell Experiences for businesses that provide recreational services to customers (“Suppliers”).

Misobase is not a provider of such services or Experiences and has no responsibility for any services or Experiences provided or not provided by the Supplier or any other party. The Suppliers provide services directly to customers.

All Suppliers are independent and unaffiliated with Misobase. Misobase does not make any warranty or representation regarding the standard of any services or Experiences. Misobase makes no warranties or guarantees about the services to be provided to you by the Suppliers. Misobase does not control the business operations of any Supplier.

All Experiences are subject to the terms and conditions of each Supplier and these Terms and Conditions.

If you have any complaints or problems with your Experience, please bring these to the attention of the Supplier so they may attempt to resolve the issue, where possible.


Misobase has:

  • No liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise of any Supplier or third party.
  • No liability for any loss or damage occasioned by any negligent act or omission of any Supplier or third party.
  • Where Misobase’s liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the Experience or Gift Voucher purchased.


Availability of Experiences

All Experiences are subject to availability of the Suppliers. Experiences must be booked in advance directly with Suppliers and cannot be booked with Misobase.

All Experiences are subject for removal from the Website at any time without notice. Misobase accepts no liability for the removal of Experiences from the Website.


Redeeming Experiences and Gift Vouchers

Experiences and Gift Vouchers are valid and can be redeemed up to 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed on the Website. Experiences may only be redeemed directly with Suppliers.

Expired Gift Vouchers are non-refundable in whole or in part. After a Gift Voucher has expired, it is no longer valid, and any and all attempts to redeem the voucher will be declined. Any unused value at the date of expiry will become the property of Misobase.

In order to redeem an Experience with a Supplier, you must first contact the Supplier directly to book a date for the Experience. You may not arrive to the Supplier’s place of business expecting to redeem an Experience without first contacting the Supplier to book a date and/or time for the Experience. Booking a date is subject to the Supplier’s availability and in some cases weather conditions on the day.

Misobase will not be held liable for any costs incurred if you do not follow the procedure set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Misobase will not be held liable for any loss suffered as a result of a Gift Voucher or Experience delivered via email being blocked by firewalls or filters, or where the incorrect email address has been entered by the purchaser. If you do not receive acknowledgement of your purchase to your email address please contact Misobase immediately using the contact information within these Terms & Conditions.

Once you book an Experience with a Supplier, you are bound by the terms and conditions of the individual Supplier.


Experience information & details

Misobase will make all efforts to ensure the accuracy of Experience details and information, however, Suppliers provide Misobase with this information. Suppliers will therefore be ultimately responsible for the accuracy of the Experience information on the Website.

Misobase may change the details and prices of any Experience at any time without notice.

Details of the duration of ny Experience are to be used as a guide only, and may vary.


Refunds & exchanges

30 day refund policy for Gift Vouchers

Refunds for Gift Vouchers are available up to 30 days from the date of purchase unless it has been redeemed to purchase an Experience.


14 day refund policy for experiences

Refunds or exchanges for purchases of Experiences are available up to 14 days from the date of purchase unless it has been booked with the Supplier.

Once you book an Experience with a Supplier you are bound by their terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds.


Refunds are not available for Gift Vouchers issued as part of the Misobase Corporate programme. 


Misobase reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.


Information provided to suppliers

Contact information such as your name, email address, and phone number will be made available to the Supplier when you purchase an Experience. It is your responsibility to make sure this information is correct. Failure to do so may result in loss or incorrect delivery of the Experience, and/or inability to book the Experience with the Supplier.


Transferring Gift Vouchers

All Gift Vouchers are fully transferable. Misobase accepts no responsibility for stolen or fraudulent Gift Vouchers or Experiences. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure safe keeping of Experiences and Gift Vouchers.


Changes to Terms & Conditions

Misobase may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Such changes shall be deemed in effect from the date the change is made.

Governing Law
